Various lifestyle factors such as diet, sedentary routines, stress, etc., are the causes of many chronic diseases I see in my office. I want to help my patients through making lifestyle changes that will help them live longer, more joyful lives. Those tactics include everything from diet modifications to exercise to stress reduction.
I am detail-oriented and thorough in working with patients to develop a plan of care that fits their needs, whether through lifestyle changes or medications. I strive to achieve each individual’s trust. A satisfied, thriving patient is my reward.
