We are really a small family business with local roots in the Spotsylvania & Fredericksburg area. It is very common for us to see and interact with our customers at our children’s schools, at the grocery stores or just strolling around downtown. The owners of Pristine Properties, LLC (myself and my wife) know about serving. We both served in the Armed Forces. Me as a Marine Infantryman and former firefighter, and my wife as a soldier and former police officer. Together, with our experience, resources and “can do” attitude, we have what it takes to get the job done, right, the first time. We have been providing the same quality service for local residents, real estate agents and property managers since 2003. We understand that building a client database is important, but what is most important is building a relationship with the local community, and we know about service to the community.
