Dr. Costello is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and is Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Anesthesia. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Societies of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
