When it becomes difficult for families in our community to keep their loved ones safely at home, we at the F.J. Davey Home provide a home away from home. We are dedicated to providing our 374 dependent residents with the utmost quality of care and highest possible quality of life without the institutionalized atmosphere of many long term care facilities. In our Home, we provide clinical and health services along with physiotherapy, musical therapy, indoor and outdoor activities, meeting centers for families, hair dressing services, dental services, foot care services, spiritual services and more. It is our mission to provide holistic, resident-centered care, ensuring a safe and homelike environment that maximizes choices and maintains respect for the dignity and individuality of the seniors we serve. Our long term care facility is also a community within a community, housing programs like the local Meals on Wheels and Adult Day Away program.
