Pura Vida Body & Mind Spa, Inc. is located in Fleming Island, FL and was founded by CEO Julie Davis. Pura Vida is a combination of a medical and day spa designed to be a place of true relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation for both the mind and body. Created to allow their patients to reach a state of nirvana, their extensive treatment list has over 100 services, including exfoliating body treatments, an array of massage packages, and sunless tanning. They also offer facials, including the Vampire Facial®, chemical peels, lash extensions, nail services, popular injectables, and much more. In addition, they are able to perform advanced laser treatments such as laser skin resurfacing and tightening as well as laser vein, hair, and tattoo removal. The practice is overseen by medical director and double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. William A. Wallace. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma and performs all injectable treatments onsite.
