Gary Owen has been a resident of Stuart, FL since 1886 and is involved with the local Chambers of Commerce and graduate of the Stuart/Martin County Chamber Leadership Class #31. He is a graduate of The American College, earning the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation. He is the founder of TC Masterminds, a local networking group, and founder of a national non-profit, Medicare Journey.
