John Wines

After graduating magna cum laude from Ithaca College in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, John returned to his hometown of Southampton and entered the construction industry. His work received accolades and was featured in a renowned national magazine; however, John was not passionate about construction and his career interests soon transitioned to real estate finance. Over the next 25 years, John originated scores of loan transactions large and small, local and national. This work included everything from single-family homes to office buildings, shopping complexes and hotels.
