Kindred Hospice

Hospice care is specially designed to comfort patients and family members when patients have reached a point in their lives where the priority of care turns to ensuring the patient is at ease, rather than curing the illness. Our compassionate Memory Care program that treats Alzheimer’s disease and dementia was created with your loved one and their dignity in mind. Our nurses and therapists are specially trained in dementia and Alzheimer’s disease care. We are also proud members of We Honor Veterans, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Veterans Administration, which is designed to empower hospice professionals to meet the unique needs of terminally ill veterans.
