Choices Medical Services is centrally located in southwest Missouri and has been providing low-cost healthcare for over 28 years. Choices Medical operates three medical clinics and a mobile medical unit that are here to help you! Our clinics offer sexual health services such as pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, and STD testing and treatment. All of our services are community-funded, meaning you only pay for lab tests at a greatly reduced cost!
