Premier Property Services is a local small business focused on power washing, exterior maintenance, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning that was founded in 2008. The owner, Brandon Clancy, started his professional career at Siemens Medical Solutions upon graduation from High School. Brandon earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University while working at Siemens full-time.

Brandon’s education from NC State, as well as his experience in Customer Service and Management that he obtained during his career at Siemens, have proved to be instrumental in developing Premier Property Services into the Triangle Area’s highest rated exterior maintenance and pressure washing company.
