Surgeons Scott Rake, DMD, P. Angela Rake, DDS, Anthony A. Indovina Jr., DDS, Cassandra L. Stacy, DMD, and Joby E. Jaberi, DDS, MD, are certified diplomats of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. They practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery and provide expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures.

Drs. Rake, Rake, Indovina, Stacy, and Jaberi’s staff are trained in assisting with anesthetic within our state-of-the-art office setting. We require our surgical assistants to complete the Dental Anesthetic Assistant National Certification Examination.

Our five offices are conveniently located in Eagan, Burnsville, Lakeville, Shakopee, and Owatonna, Minnesota.
