Joshua Ezell

Dr. Joshua Ezell is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Quivira Internal Medicine in Overland Park, Kan. He is affiliated with Overland Park Regional Medical Center. With a background in care for acutely ill hospitalized patients, as well as corporate and clinic-based medicine, Dr. Ezell is committed to a care approach that treats the whole patient, rather than just a disease. He also has a strong focus on preventive health and partnering with his patients to help them maintain their best health. With a philosophy grounded in the belief that healthcare knowledge can lead to better outcomes, Dr. Ezell is an excellent communicator and patient educator. Over the course of his training and practice, he has received recognition for his clinical excellence and patient manner, serving as chief resident, and being honored as resident of the year and resident consultant of the year. He has also served on several professional leadership committees. Originally from Indiana, he completed his bachelor?s degree at Indiana University before moving to Kansas City to earn his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Ezell is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association and the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine.
