I believe the patient experience begins from the moment you call my office. When you need an appointment you will be seen promptly. When you enter the office, you will be warmly greeted in an inviting environment and receive the highest level of medical expertise. During your office visit, you will be the focus of my attention with your needs attended to as if you were a member of my extended family.

We are fortunate to have at our fingertips other modes of communication besides a traditional telephone. If you are on a brief vacation, living part of the year in a second residence or otherwise unable to come to the office, I will offer “virtual” consultations via telecommunications, as appropriate, on a case-by-case basis.

My practice emphasizes prevention and wellness – not just caring for you when you are ill. I recognize for those who truly value their health, our strong collaborative health care relationship is key. You will receive a Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment, which will be the cornerstone of your personalized wellness plan created to keep you feeling your best.
