We offer FAA flight physicals by appointment only. We try to accommodate your schedule requests when possible. If you should get our voicemail when you call, please leave your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. We are not contracted with any health care insurance. However, we will provide an invoice that you may submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service.
