ChefVincenzo has made arrangements with the finest food purveyors in our area to obtain the freshest and tastiest ingredients which will go into his meals. This was a very important item on his "to-do" list, once he decided to open a full-service restaurant in Tinton Falls. The results are in the tasting, for his ala carte meals are exceptional in taste and freshness, while his prices are reasonable for our area. Palumbo's is also very "family friendly" and Vincenzo wants you to feel comfortable bringing all generations of your family to his restaurant. There will also be a take-out menu and a full bar with an interesting wine list
