Petersen Judy DO

Judy Jones Petersen, D.O., Wound Care specialist, is on the staff at Wheeling Hospital’s Center for Wound Care. Dr. Petersen is a board-certified family physician and board-certified geriatrician with a special interest in wound care. Previously she worked as a wound care specialist at the Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) Physicians Group and was an associate professor of family medicine with the WVU Physicians of Charleston. She received her medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine; and performed her family practice residency and geriatrics fellowship at CAMC. Petersen has participated in continuing medical education by attending the Symposium for Advance Wound Care, the largest international advanced wound care conference. In addition, she has attended the Global Conference for Diabetic Foot Care.
