Shinn Lowell, MD

Lowell Shinn, M.D., a medical oncologist and hematologist, is on the staff of Wheeling Hospital’s Schiffler Cancer Center. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Subspecialty of Medical Oncology, Dr. Shinn hold s office hours at Schiffler Cancer Center and the center’s satellite offices in Bellaire, Barnesville, Weirton and New Martinsville. He earned a bachelor’s degree at West Virginia University and his medical degree at Marshall University. Shinn performed his residency and fellowship at Wake Forest University Medical Center.
