During your initial screening visit, a physician will discuss and guide you throughout concierge pain and perioperative services and order any preliminary test needed for the pain specialist to conduct a complete pain history and focused physical examination. All pertinent medical history and diagnostic studies are carefully reviewed. A treatment plan is discussed and formulated with you and a full report is sent to your referring doctor.
