JCMH Rehabilitation Services

JCMH Rehabilitation Services offers superior inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with one-on-one care by licensed staff members. We work closely with patients and their families to set and meet rehabilitation goals through evaluation, treatment, education, patient and family teaching, provision of specialized exercise programs and follow-up care.

Our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists serve as a resource through prevention, education and management of injury, disease or other factors causing impaired limitation to patients of all ages.

The Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapist Staff are Licensed/Registered in their specialty and work closely with each other as well as physicians, nurses, social services and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives the most appropriate and highest quality of care.
