From being available at convenient hours to free phone consults. That mean's taking my customer's point of view, not the Cable Company's, not Microsoft's, not Apple's. I can come to you for $75 hour or you can drop off your machine at my place in West Hollywood for a flat rate of $100 no matter what needs done. Usually it can be picked up the next day.
