Coach Jimmy Cuneo's Bama Gym is a place for everyday people to get fit, build confidence, and have fun. He offers both personal training sessions and small group classes in his gym that is set up like an old-school fight club. While the training is centered around boxing and martial arts, he is not training people to become fighters. His workout routines are all based around high intensity interval training which burns fat and builds muscle. Coach Jimmy has over 40 years of experience with boxing and personal training and is considered to be the best striking coach in the Southeast by many fighters.
