Yaxi Zeng, MD

Yaxi Zeng, MD graduated from The University of California at Berkeley in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. She then moved to Texas where she pursued her love of medicine and received her Medical Degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 2012. There, she received the honor of being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Zeng went on to complete her residency in Pediatrics at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2015.

Dr. Zeng is very excited to be with Pediatrics of Greater Houston where she is able to enjoy practicing as a General Pediatrician. She has always believed in being an advocate for her patients. Dr. Zeng looks forward to building relationships with her patients and their families in addition to providing outstanding medical care. After becoming a mother herself, Dr. Zeng understands that the intricacies of balancing medical knowledge and practical knowledge is essential when caring for children.

In her spare time, Dr. Zeng loves to spend time with her husband, her daughter, and their dog, Turbo. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, photography, and design.
