Raul Valdescruz, MD

Raul Valdescruz, MD, was born in Cuba and immigrated to the United States as a child. He was raised in Illinois and received his bachelor of arts from the University of Chicago. He completed his medical school at the University Of Illinois and did his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the renowned Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Valdescruz is a native Spanish speaker and has been in practice in Palm Beach County since 1991. From January 2004 to December 2005 he served as the chief of the obstetrics and gynecology department at Palms West Hospital. He was elected by his fellow physicians to be department chairperson in 2012.
