Vicki Britton, MD

Dr. Vicki Britton is the Medical Director for the JFK Internal Medicine Faculty and Resident Practice and the Associate Program Director of the University of Miami/JFK Internal Medicine Residency Program. She is an Affiliated Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, which is where she completed her Medical Doctor degree in 2006. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, prior to returning home to South Florida to start medical school at UM in 2002. She completed a Primary Care Internal Medicine residency program at George Washington University in Washington, DC. She spent an additional year in DC as a chief resident for the Internal Medicine Residency Training program from 2009-2010. In 2010, Dr. Britton moved back to Florida. She is happy to be a primary care physician in South Florida, where she was born and raised. She is passionate about physician leadership, teaching, and primary care outpatient medicine. In her free time, she loves to watch her kids play sports and dance, travel, and do pilates.
