Gateway Signal Engineering is a railroad contractor serving the entire United States. We provide design, testing, maintenance, and directional boring for railroads. Gateway Signal has experience working with government agencies and is registered to work with FEMA and the Army Corps of Engineers.



Gateway Signal Engineering was founded in March of 2017 and based in Union, Missouri. Gateway Signal is comprised of a team carrying more than 20 years of industry experience. We aim to provide the highest quality work and the best customer service. Previous to forming Gateway Signal, our team worked for larger railroad companies but branched into ownership to allow us to be our own boss and avoid the hiccups and holdbacks of larger corporations. With our experience, you never have to deal with the headaches of a poorly run and built project.



Gateway Signal’s leadership team consists of Phil Wogoman, President; Stephen Wilson, Vice President; and Sarah Johnson, Office Manager.
