Edward Dean Design and Build

Edward Dean, owner and licensed contractor overseeing Edward Dean Design & Build, has been in the contracting field for nearly 20 years here in San Diego. As a finish carpenter at heart, Edward has trained in all areas of the building trades. In 2009, Edward ventured off on his own, first as a handyman, and later completing his independent licensing in 2013. Edward's first whole home build broke ground in 2015 in the Del Cerro region of San Diego and is was worth roughly $750,000 at completion.
