Albemarle Square Family Health

Established in 1983, the primary care providers of Albemarle Square Family Healthcare have been serving the greater Charlottesville area for more than 34 years. In fact, we still take care of the first person who walked through our doors over 34 years ago! The practice originated in Earlysville, VA as Earlysville Family Health by our two owner partners, Dr. Andy Macfarlan, M.D. and Mark Niehaus, M.D. Today, our practice consists of five board-certified physicians with over 120 years of combined experience in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and integrative medicine.

We are passionate about being competent and compassionate in all we do, and our goal is to help you achieve your best possible health all around. This means that we provide advanced and thorough healthcare, while also emphasizing the importance of mental health and loving relationships in your life.
