Body Language Dance & Theatre Arts Studio

Body Language has been a successful dance and theater arts school for over 31 years; teaching everything from ballet, tap, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, voice, and theatre. We employ professional teachers who are expertly trained and experienced in their craft. Our staff works diligently to motivate and inspire each student in challenging, fun and age-appropriate ways. Each year we perform a full-length Nutcracker ballet, a Broadway style musical and a dance recital. All performances are conveniently held at the local Massapequa school auditoriums. During the course of the year we offer the opportunity to take master classes with prominent choreographers in the industry and field trips to NYC performing arts events. Our students enjoy performing several times a year at community events. Our award winning Dance Company attends regional and national competitions. Our musical theater class ends the season with a full-length theater production.
We take pride in being a family run, family friendly, neighborhood school that provides professional training in all of the performing arts. It is our biggest joy to know that so many of our students have gone on to successful careers in all areas of the theatre.
