In 1980, three leaders in the Grand Rapids real estate industry joined together to form Greenridge Realty, Inc. Their fledgling organization consisted of 35 sales associates working out of 2 offices, located in Cascade, MI. Their goals were to provide the best in real estate service, to grow and sustain the company and to provide happiness for their agents, employees and the customers they served.Since then Greenridge has grown to nearly 400 sales associates in 26 office locations spanning West Michigan. Through continuous, local, independent leadership, the organization has become a pioneer and an example of how real estate should be done in West Michigan.The company’s leadership remains constant as the eldest sons of two of Greenridge’s principle owners transition into ever increasing leadership roles within the company and real estate industry. The Greenridge tradition of integrity, exceptional service and industry leadership provides a solid foundation as the company’s leaders collaborate on a shared vision for the next 35 years.‍
