Beaverdam Custom Builders, a Virginia corporation, was formed in 1987 by Richard Hastings. Prior to forming the company, Richard worked for prominent construction firms in Virginia where he honed his skills in restoration, historic preservation, renovation, remodeling, new home construction, additions, and the rescue and reconstruction of old log cabins and timber frames. Richard insists on high quality and attention to detail on every project. We also incorporate energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly, green construction whenever possible. We’re proud of our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Located in the quaint village of Etlan, Virginia, Beaverdam Custom Builders provides service to Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock, Louisa, Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax counties. We also work outside of these areas, if needed. In addition to providing high-quality services, we also rescue, restore, and sell log cabins and timber frame buildings. The antique buildings are carefully and skillfully tagged, dismantled, moved to their new location, and reassembled.
