As a resident of Paris, Texas, since 1993, Dr. Fred A. Williams, MD, is committed to providing leading-edge care alongside personalized and friendly service to the community at his private practice. Dr. Williams believes in connecting with his patients to offer the best guidance possible in gynecological care. Dr. Williams began his medical career with a Bachelor of Science from Houston Baptist University. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1986. For the next four years, Dr. Williams completed his residency at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center Hospital in Houston, with additional rotations at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas.
In 1993, Dr. Williams moved to Paris and set up his private practice in both obstetrics and gynecology. Since 1999, Dr. Williams has focused solely on gynecology. He’s certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Williams stays abreast of the latest advancement in gynecologic care and offers the most up-to-date robotic surgical techniques, giving his patients minimally invasive alternatives that greatly reduce the risks associated with more traditional surgical interventions.
