East Coast Audiology and Fyzical Therapy, formerly known as Watertown Audiology, is a medical practice. The Audiology practice was started in 1999 by Dr. Sarah Sugden, Au.D. In 2017, Physical Therapy was added under the guidance of Dr. Joel Grimshaw, PT, DPT.

In 2017, Physical Therapy was added under the guidance of Dr. Joel Grimshaw, PT, DPT. The purpose for combining Audiology and Physical Therapy is to provide a comprehensive treatment program for people with balance and vestibular problems while improving continuity of care. Our practice is unique as there are currently no other practices in NY state that offer Audiology and Physical therapy in the same physical location.
