Our full-service catering division brings the quality of a fine-dining experience to your event. With the use of our downtown restaurant and fully-equiped commercial kitchen, we are able to replicate this experience efficiently, leaving little footprint on the event site. We have over 30 years combined experience specializing in private gatherings and client menu collaboration. Restaurant quality catering means that we prep everything in our kitchen and bring it to the site ready to cook. All food is finished at the event ‘a la minute' or to-order. This ensures the freshest product possible.

Because of our strong relationships in the food industry we can deliver the latest trends, and give the customer access to locally-grown, organic ingredients. All ingredients are designed to compliment one another - this means no repeated starches, no redundant sauces, all plates are unique.
