Dr. Esla specializes in various areas of oral surgery: dental implants, bone grafting, extractions, orofacial pathology, and maxillofacial trauma. Dr. Esla graduated from the prestigious University of California at Los Angeles schools of dentistry and medicine. Following completion of his general surgery internship and oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at UCLA, he moved to Bakersfield to begin practice.
Medical organizations and societies recognize Dr. Esla and his knowledge and quality of patient care. Dr. Esla is a fellow of the American and California Associations of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He’s also a member of the Kern County Dental Society of which he served as president in 2008. When he’s not working, he enjoys various sports and is intrigued by geography and natural wonders around the world.
