Algorithmic Trading

Hi, my name is Ernie Varitimos. I had been trading the markets for over 20 years, with limited success until I met my mentors. Then, everything opened up for me. I became a success futures trader and developer of automated trading systems for retail trading. I would consider it an honor to be your coach and mentor.

My background is in technology, having started my career over 35 years ago as a research scientist developing laser based intertial guidance systems for intercontinental ballistic missiles. In other words, I was a rocket scientist. The pinacle of my tech career was the chief technologist of a fortune 50 company where my team helped build out the systems and infrastrucutre of Wall Street exchanges and financial leaders.

That was over 15 years ago, since the I have consulted to companies around the world providing technology management advice, and for the past 8 years have been developing automated trading systems employing statistical arbitrage strategies.
