Polaris Teen Center is a teen treatment facility and residential rehab for teens in Los Angeles, California. We offer evidence-based treatment for teens and struggling youth ages 12 to 17.

Medical Team Certifications - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
