Frozen Café

Frozen Café was founded in 2014, after we had a 15-year run of operating all of Dave’s Ice Cream Creameries in Hawaii. Based in based in San Ramon, CA, we serve both sweet and savory dishes, and we are so much more than an ice cream and milkshake store. We stock exotic items like bubble teas, and Italian sodas. You’ll find a unique menu which ranges from ice cream and frozen yogurt to waffles and crepes when you walk through our doors. We are known for our shaved ice, ice creams, frozen yogurts and innovative savory crepes. So come in, make a customized hot and fresh tornado crepe, and wash it down with a luscious bubble tea.
