Craig Wright, MD

Craig Wright, MD is excited to serve the South Nashville community. A native of Franklin, he graduated from Lipscomb University and earned a medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He received his family medicine training in Jackson, Tennessee, where he was honored as Chief Resident. He joined Sterling Primary Care in 2013. Dr. Wright believes in building relationships founded on trust, compassion and communication. He strives to prevent disease, when possible, or to provide early detection of illness and quickly apply interventions to keep patients healthy. When problems arise, he offers evidence-based medical recommendations that promote healing. His clinical interests are broad, but he especially enjoys preventive medicine and treating hypertension, diabetes and depression. Dr. Wright and his wife met in Nashville and are thrilled to establish roots here. They have two young children, a son and daughter. They enjoy Predators hockey and spending time with family and friends. Active in their church, they strive to serve God by serving those around them.
