Robert Harrell, MD

R Brandon Harrell, MD, is a Board Certified General Surgeon who practices with Alamo City Surgeons in San Antonio.

“As a young surgeon, I consider it a privilege to provide my patients with the most current surgical techniques and advancements,” Dr. Harrell says. He enjoys the breadth of procedures he performs as a general surgeon and is experienced in endocrine surgery-both thyroid and parathyroid procedures.

In addition to his work here in the United States, Dr. Harrell's medical mission trips to Guatemala and China underscore his passion for helping heal his patients both physically and spiritually. Inspired by his parents who ministered to South San Antonio's indigent population, Dr. Harrell hopes to continue serving those less fortunate in future mission trips.

Dr. Harrell sees patients at both the Northeast and Stone Oak locations of Alamo City Surgeons. He performs surgery at Methodist Hospital | Northeast and Methodist Hospital | Stone Oak.
