Dafer Samara, MD

Dafer M. Samara, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained pulmonologist with Jackson County Pulmonary Medical Group in Independence, MO. Dr. Samara treats patients throughout the communities of Eastern Jackson County and is affiliated with Centerpoint Medical Center. He offers a broad background including board certification in pulmonary and critical care medicine and fellowship training in sleep medicine as well. Dr. Samara has ICU experience and he is skilled in treating sleep disordered breathing and in procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and ventilator management, in addition to Pulmonary Function Tests and Sleep Studies interpretation.
