Suhail Allos, MD

Dr. Allos was born in Beirut, Lebanon. He completed his high school and medical education in Mosul, Iraq with honors. He completed his surgical training in Baghdad, Iraq before moving to London, England to pursue a more advanced surgical training. He worked as a registrar in general surgery at Guy's and St. Thomas Hospital and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (England).

He moved to the U.S. in 1994 where he completed a surgical residency and research year at Vanderbilt University. He worked as a general/vascular surgeon in Springfield, TN from 2000-2008. In January 2009, Dr. Allos joined Southern Hills Surgical Consultants.

Dr. Allos is married to Ban Mishu Allos, MD who is an Internal Medicine/Infectious Disease specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. They have three children.
