Andrea Hufford, MD

Dr Andrea Hufford, DO, a board-certified surgeon with fellowship training in surgical critical care, practices with Overland Park Surgical Specialists and Sports Medicine in Overland Park, Kan. which is affiliated with Overland Park Regional Medical Center. She has nearly 10 years of surgical experience including her residency and fellowship training, and served as chief resident during her general surgery residency. While in fellowship training, Dr. Hufford worked with acute trauma critical care patients and surgical critical care patients at a Level I trauma center and major transfer center. She holds membership in the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma.
