Sean Wheeler, MD

Sean Wheeler has more than 15 years of experience practicing family medicine, sports medicine, and pain medicine. Dr. Wheeler sees patients at College Park Family Care Center in Overland Park. He has specialized expertise in sports medicine, and pain management focused on shoulder, neck and back pain. Dr. Wheeler received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University, where he played football. As a former college athlete, as well as having a brother and father who played in the National Football League, Dr. Wheeler is well-known in the sports medicine world. He serves as team physician for Johnson County Community College and has delivered the keynote address to Notre Dame University's sports medicine program participants. Dr. Wheeler is board certified in family medicine, sports medicine, pain management, and the physical medicine and rehabilitation subspecialty of pain medicine.
