Jeffrey Kaplan, MD

Dr Jeffrey Kaplan, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who has more than 30 years of neurology experience with specialized expertise in the area of MS and Migraines. Dr. Kaplan helped found the Kansas City Multiple Sclerosis and Headache Centers at College Park and is the Medical Director for the MS Infusion Center. He also serves as the primary investigator on several clinical trials for both MS and Migraine. Dr. Kaplan is certified as a Headache Specialist by the National Headache Foundation and has been at the forefront of Botox and a multi-disciplinary approach treatment for migraines in the Kansas City area for over 17 years. He is the primary migraine Botox trainer for healthcare providers in the four state region. He graduated in the top 10 of his medical school class and served as Chief Resident at the University of Iowa while there. He has been a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society since 1987 and has been consistently recognized as a "Top Doc" in Kansas City.

He is involved in several research trials for MS and Migraine and believes in being empathetic with his patients whether the condition is life-threatening illness, or chronic headaches.
