Falls Family Care

Falls Family Care, an ONE Health Ohio affiliate, provides Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services to adults and children. Falls Family Care accepts many types of insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare and most private commercial insurance plans. A sliding fee scale has been established to assist the medically uninsured with healthcare costs.ONE Health Ohio is a Federally Qualified Health Center that has provided medical, dental and behavioral health services for 30 years. ONE Health currently has six facilities located in Youngstown, Warren, Newton Falls and Alliance. The mission of ONE Health Ohio is "To improve the health and well-being of people in our communities by providing quality healthcare, particularly to the uninsured and underinsured." In this regard, ONE Health strives to provide quality, comprehensive primary medical, dental and behavioral health services, reduce healthcare access barriers and improve the overall health of the communities we serve.
