Founded in 1985, Shear Engineering Corporation provides services for structural and land development infrastructure planning and design. We are organized into two teams for the structural and civil aspects of development design.Our structural team provides structural analyzes for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring that buildings will meet or exceed building codes required by local governing entities.Our civil team provides comprehensive development designs for roads, streets, waterlines, sewer lines, over-lot grading, finished grading and drainage systems. The civil team coordinates land development projects through the local land development review processes.We pride ourselves in developing excellent continual working relations with our clients and providing a quality service based on mutual trust and co-operation.Brian W. Shear was a recipient of the 2003 Larimer County Building Department Recognition for Outstanding Professionalism through the construction process award.
