Elissa Thompson, MD

Elissa Thompson, MD is a cardiologist who has been affiliated with Cape Cod Hospital since 2014. She iIs board certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Thompson is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Washington Hospital Center/Georgetown University Hospital, and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the same institution. She is a member of Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod and of Cape Cod Preferred Physicians. Dr. Thompson’s clinical interests include women’s cardiovascular health, heart failure and vascular medicine.
