At AltaVita Assisted Living we provide high quality apartment suites in a warm environment while offering services and amenities to maintain an enriched lifestyle. Besides the residential units, the facility houses two guest suites, a dining room, bistro and ice cream parlor, fitness center, hair salon and barber shop. Outdoor features including a bocce ball court, water feature and outdoor dining area.

Regular Comprehensive Assessments
Before your loved one arrives at their new apartment at AltaVita, we perform a thorough assessment to determine their needs and desires so that we may determine how we are able to meet each one in an appropriate, respectful and supportive way. If your loved one’s condition should change, we will hold a reassessment to make sure every AltaVita resident’s needs are addressed.

Medication Management
The importance and value of having professional caregivers safely administer medications are paramount to AltaVita. Our staff is responsible for organizing and administering resident’s medications as prescribed by their physician based on their needs.

Activities of Daily Living
Helping residents in a supportive, respectful way is a hallmark of care at AltaVita. With compassion and care, our caregivers assist residents with dressing, bathing, mobility, meal assistance, and incontinence care. We also offer hair and nail services, podiatry care, massage therapy, and other services to promote an enriched lifestyle.

Respite Care
AltaVita’s respite care program offers overnight stays for guests so caregivers can attend to personal matters or simply enjoy a reprieve from the rigors of daily caregiving. Respite care is a perfect plan for your loved one to get the care they need while providing a break for the caregiver.
