At Community Care Pharmacy our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer while offering knowledgeable and friendly service. We are a Federally-accredited pharmacy - we are able to fulfill any federal government order, which few pharmacies can offer. We have many surgical and wound supplies in stock as well as Medical Equipment, such as wheel chairs, Walkers, Shower chairs, Orthopedic braces and more. Since 2009 we have been located at Nesheiwat Plaza in Wappingers Falls.
