CDS Wolf Foundation

Since 2007, the CDS Wolf Foundation has been dedicated to changing the lives of those who live with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in Webster, NY, they were first established to seek out additional donations and support the improvement and prosperity of services provided by CDS Life Transitions that would otherwise fail to receive funding.

As a foundation that strives to make access to many basic services possible, they play a significant role in the life enrichment process for people with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, PTSD, and other conditions that have a significant effect on daily living.
